The Agilent 8664A / HP 8664A signal generator is perfect forreceiver

testing up to 3 GHz. This unit comes with Option 004(low-noise

enhancement) and can be used for out-of-channel receivertesting or as

a clock source. Pulse width and delay can be internallyadjusted

between 50 ns and 999 ns. FM rates of up to 2 MHz anddeviations to 20

MHz are suitable for many applications.
