The 8673A Synthesized Signal Generator, with a frequency range of 2GHzto 26GHz, this generator will cover those high frequency requirements.The RF output is constantly variable from +1 dBm to -120 dBm with anoutput impedance of 50 ohms. Spectral purity is excellent on thisgenerator and phase-locked loop responses are optimized to allow the8673A to exhibit the lowest possible single-sideband phase noise. It isprogrammable from the front-panel or a rear HP-IB connector. Thegenerator is capable of both AM and FM modulation internally. The unitalso features internally leveled pulse modulation andmicroprocessor-enhanced control facilitating digital sweep.
